Avocado Smash – The Best Recipe
Avocado Smash is one of my favourites!
Not only is it great for breakfast, but an ideal afternoon snack to chase away that afternoon energy drop. The lemon or lime, makes it refreshing & so good to eat!
Ingredients for the best avo smash
- 2 x slices of sourdough bread toasted
- ½ avocado mashed on top of toasted bread
- 2 tablespoons feta crumbled
- 3 tablespoons of activated pepitas
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Handful of rocket or spinach leaves
- ¼-1/2 lime or lemon squeezed over the top
- Use Ghee / sunflower oil for cooking
