Subscription Refunds

For each subscription you have a 14 day cooling off period. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. For all initial purchases of six-month or annual subscriptions, you may cancel during the first 14 days, and receive a full refund. If the cancellation occurs after the first 14 days, you won’t be eligible for a refund. If you cancel your monthly subscription, you need to cancel at least 3 working days before your next billing date otherwise your subscription will automatically renew for the same term. You will retain access to the subscription until your term expires.

For renewals of six-month and annual subscriptions, cancel within seven days of the renewal date to receive a full refund. No refund is available for monthly subscriptions.

Refund on gift certificates

When the gift certificate is entered into the subscription as payment, you will have 14 days from that activation to cancel for a refund. After the 14 days there will be no refund.

Cancelling a Subscription

To cancel your subscription, visit your account page and click Cancel Subscription under Subscription Options on the right.

To cancel via email, please complete the required fields in this form and include the following information in the description field:

• Username
• Email address used when subscribing
